Our Gatwick Service Centre has received a full glowing report, having recently been through the Workshop Auditing process by Leica Geosystems, achieving a pass of 100%.
This has only ever been achieved 3 times in the history of any UK Leica distributor partner.
Leica’s Lead Service Auditor completed the auditing process commenting that, 'the new workshop layout is providing the Service Technicians with more room and the new ESD flooring looked great.'
He was also extremely pleased with the approach of all Technicians and is confident, as are we, 'that under the guidance of Chris Armstrong (Opti-cal’s National Service Manger) high-levels of service will continually be provided to all customers.'
With no conditions or deficiencies to solve the authorisation will be valid for 4 years!
This audit confirms that our Service Centre complies with the specification and process set by Leica Geosystems Central Technical Service in Switzerland and insures that all Leica Geosystems customers receive the same high standard of service.
This is something we are truly proud of and a level to set across all our Service Centres.
